Senegal celebrates Tabasca Day on Monday, June 17, 2024


At the end of the meeting of the National Commission for Consultation on the Crescent Moon this Friday, June 7, 2024, the date was selected.

After collecting all the information from its representatives located in different places in the country, the commission declares that the crescent moon has been seen in several places in the country.

Accordingly, Saturday June 8, 2024 will be the first day of the lunar month of Tabaski (Dhul Hidja). Therefore, the Eid Al Kabir holiday will be celebrated on Monday, JUNE 17, 2024.
