Just in time for the arrival of summer, OnePlus is introducing a new affordable smartphone. Despite the rising temperatures, you have to look towards the Nord range to discover the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite. Its launch in France is no surprise as all that was missing was formalization by the manufacturer.

This beautiful baby, measuring 162.9 x 75.6 x 8.1 mm and weighing 191 grams, has a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen. The panel displays in Full HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixels), with a refresh rate of 120 Hz (60 to 120 Hz) and a maximum brightness of 1,200 nits.

Under the hood, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G packs a Snapdragon 695 5G chip with OnePlus’ exclusive Trinity Engine. Qualcomm’s SoC may have proven itself, but it’s no longer very young and has already powered smartphones like the Nord CE 3 Lite 5G. We also found it from 2022 among rivals like Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G.
OnePlus adds 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of storage in UFS 2.2. It is possible to add a microSD card up to 2 TB to expand the storage capacity.

The manufacturer also relies on RAM-Vitalization technology to allow its Nord CE 4 Lite 5G to keep up to 26 active applications in the background. “Thanks to ROM-Vitalization technology, the phone also guarantees the same fast and smooth experience that has been the symbol of OnePlus for 48 months.”they tell us from the brand.
Note also the presence of two stereo speakers, with the ability to increase the volume up to 300%. A 3.5mm headphone jack is also present, something that will delight owners of wired headphones or headphones.

OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G comes with dual photo sensors on the back. The main one is the 50 MP Sony LYT-600 with optical image stabilization (OIS). This 1/1.95-inch sensor offers an f/1.8 aperture and a 25mm-equivalent focal length.
It is supported by a 2 Mpx depth of field sensor. OnePlus mentions support for x2 zoom, but you have to settle for digital zoom.

Along with the screen, durability could be one of the arguments of the Nord CE 4 Lite 5G. OnePlus integrates a 5110 mAh single-cell battery for more than 2 days of use on a full charge.
The smartphone is compatible with the 80 W SUPERVOOC fast charging system, which enables fast charging. The device does not have wireless charging, but it does offer a 5W reverse charging function.
Finally, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G has a Battery Health Engine to preserve battery longevity. With the help of artificial intelligence, OnePlus evokes an optimal capacity that is maintained for 1600 charging cycles.
Its software
The whole thing arrives directly with OxygenOS 14 and Android 14. The smartphone, however, will have to make do with two major Android updates and three years of security patches.
Its price (and its introductory offer)
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G is already available for pre-order at a price of 329 euros. Sales will officially open from July 1.
The smartphone is available in two colors: Super Silver (grey) and Mega Blue (blue).
The manufacturer states that all pre-orders and all purchases of the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite made between June 24 and August 2 will have a discount of 50 euros. The price displayed on the official website thus falls to 279 euros.
