Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

– Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
– Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

– Refunds are applicable only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
– To initiate a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dhruvat.com.
– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
– Payment will be refunded through the original payment method.

Exceptions

– Certain services/products are non-refundable, such as digital downloads or customized items.
– If the product is used, tampered with, or not in its original packaging, refunds will not be issued.
