1. Measure the circumference of your finger by hand

• Take a dressmaker’s tape or cut a strip of paper or a string several centimeters long.

• With this tape or tape measure, go around the finger that will wear the ring at the level of the largest phalanx : it is often recommended to measure at the level of the second phalanx, in the middle of the finger.

Caution: Do not overtighten the band when wrapping it around your finger to ensure that a ring it will also transfer to the joints.
