Dissolving the National Assembly because we are disturbed by its failure in the European elections was already difficult: this act is certainly in accordance with the Constitution, but it is politically violent and brings France into turmoil.

And on top of that, it is also an act of self-sabotage, because it deepens the division of the country and it could become impossible to govern from July.

Macron has caused a crisis that threatens to harm all of Europe. It’s bad enough.

But when the head of state talks about “civil war”, an expression full of meaning and totally exaggerated, to sow fear from the extreme right and extreme left, he no longer behaves as “drama king” but as an arsonist.

Macron is playing with fire and wants to be called upon to put out the fire.

He sows chaos and acts as a guarantor of stability.

He claims he wants to strengthen the moderate parties of the center and appears extreme
