“We need to know how to get out of the woods and work together”. Hunters and cyclists basically agreed on that. Those who often meet in the forest as part of their activities. Also, the idea of closer cooperation gained momentum. It started with the organization of sports events during which hunters and cyclists found themselves in an area they know well, which is volunteering. But also road maintenance. By signing the partnership, the concept of joint work and desire for a more harmonious division of space was therefore ratified.

This agreement was signed in the presence of Willy Schraen, president of the national hunting association and Vincent Rigaudias, vice-president of the French motorcycle association. Both emphasized that the FDC12 represented by its president Jean-Pierre Authier and the Aveyron departmental motorcycle committee represented by its president Jérôme Linstruisseur had very likely just paved the way for the national convention.

FDC 12 does not intend to stop there, because very soon there is talk of a partnership with mountaineers, as well as other outdoor sports.
