Digital Product Delivery

– All eBooks purchased on Dhruvat.com are delivered digitally.
– After successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link.
– The download link will also be available in your account dashboard (if applicable).
– If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@dhruvat.com.

Download Issues

– In case of any technical issues preventing access to the eBook, please reach out to our support team.
– If a download link expires or becomes inaccessible, we will provide a new link upon verification.

Refund & Cancellation

– Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the eBook has been downloaded.
– If you mistakenly purchase the wrong product, contact us immediately before downloading it for resolution.
