Tastings with a thousand flavors at the Food Festival for Refugees 2024

From June 15 to 22, the Refugee Food Festival returns to Dijon for its 5th edition. On the menu: Bangladeshi, Afghan, Chinese, Syrian, Eritrean and Sudanese cuisine.

Gastronomy is a universal art : kitchen and table are spaces of respect, tolerance, openness and inclusionin which one can learn from another, and vice versa.

And that’s good! The Refugee Food Festival highlights pairings made up of chefs or artisans from the food professions of the Côte-d’Oriens and refugee chefs who will share their culinary culture, for a delicious collaboration.

Master of fusion cuisine, with Brazilian and French influences, chef of Parisian restaurants Nosso and Tempero, Alessandra Montagnewill be the godfather of the 2024 edition.
