A spectacular traffic accident took place this Sunday afternoon. Firefighters received a report at 15:02 about a traffic accident on Route Nationale 1, in Petit-Bourg.
The vehicle in question ran off the road and crashed under the stairs of a house.
The balance is two victims. The 22-year-old had to be pulled out because the car was completely crushed. He suffered multiple injuries and was transported to KBC in a serious condition. He was cared for by the SMUR doctor.
A 20-year-old man was slightly injured. He managed to get out of the vehicle before help arrived and was taken to hospital.
12 firefighters and the police were mobilized.
